Die Arbeitsatmosphäre war geprägt von einem intensiven und vertieften fachlichen Austausch. Im Mittelpunkt standen zunächst die sogenannten externen Rahmenbedingungen, also äußere Einflussfaktoren, die den Ausbau von Wasserstoff fördern oder hemmen können. Dazu zählen Aspekte aus den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Abnahme, Infrastruktur, regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen, gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz und Politik sowie Klima und Umwelt.

Die vom Projektteam vorbereiteten externen Rahmenbedingungen wurden von den Teilnehmenden engagiert diskutiert, priorisiert und gezielt ergänzt. Bereits in diesem Arbeitsschritt wurden die hohe Dynamik und Vielschichtigkeit der Einflussfaktoren deutlich, die den Ausbau von grünem Wasserstoff prägen. Wie bereits im Starter-Workshop erwiesen sich auch hier die von den Teilnehmenden eingebrachten lokalen Kenntnisse und Zusammenhänge als besonders wertvoll und gewinnbringend für die gemeinsame Analyse.

Im nächsten Schritt wurden die externen Rahmenbedingungen mithilfe einer Cross-Impact-Matrix im Hinblick auf ihre Relevanz für unterschiedliche Szenarien bewertet. Dieser Schritt ist erforderlich, um mögliche Zukunftsszenarien für den Ausbau von grünem Wasserstoff in der Region Emden systematisch zu analysieren und zu bewerten.

Das Ausfüllen der Matrix erfolgte in zwei Gruppen und wurde von einem sehr konstruktiven und fachlich fundierten Austausch begleitet. Die Ergebnisse bilden nun eine tragfähige Grundlage für die Berechnung möglicher Zukunftsszenarien, die im nächsten Konzeptworkshop im September im Mittelpunkt stehen werden.

Zusätzlicher Online-Workshop

Für diejenigen, die nicht am Präsenzworkshop teilnehmen konnten, wird zusätzlich ein Online-Workshop angeboten. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass weitere Perspektiven eingebunden und die bisherigen Ergebnisse gemeinsam weiterentwickelt werden können. Interessierte können sich gerne bei klinz@e-p-c.de melden. Der Termin wird derzeit abgestimmt und rechtzeitig bekannt gegeben. Im Rahmen des Online-Workshops werden die zentralen Inhalte und Zwischenergebnisse des Szenarien-Workshops kompakt aufbereitet vorgestellt und anschließend gemeinsam diskutiert. Ziel ist es, weitere Einschätzungen zu den externen Rahmenbedingungen einzuholen und diese in die laufende Szenarienentwicklung zu integrieren.
